What began as a moment has become a movement. Stay tuned for the official launch of The Well this May.
The Well Encounter is a growing community of women who come to the Word daily, grow in the Word together, and then go live out the Word in their homes, communities, and workplaces. Inspired by the woman at the well in John 4—whose encounter with Jesus changed her forever—we believe every day is an opportunity for our own encounter with Him.
Through the simple but powerful rhythm of reading one chapter of Scripture each day (the same chapter, all together), we create space for God to speak, move, and transform lives. This isn’t another Bible study. It’s a fellowship of women, rooted in connection, modeled after the early church in Acts—where believers shared life, encouraged one another, and grew together in the Word.
We were never created for independence; we were created for dependence on Christ and connection with His people. We are a Kingdom Community of women who are learning our identity as daughters of the King, walking in the authority He’s given us and living out lives we were created for.
Come to the well. Encounter the Word. Leave refreshed, refilled, and ready to pour into others.

I’ve been a Christian my whole life. I was embarrassed to admit that I had never read the Bible from cover to cover. I shared my heart and desire to get in God's word with a couple of girlfriends...they too were feeling the same way.
In 2017 we started reading a chapter a day & hundreds of other women have joined us since then. I can honestly say this simple practice has transformed my life & I want to share it with as many women as possible. No matter where you’re at in your faith, you can meet us at The Well & be welcomed with open arms!
